Funding type

Working Capital / Unsecured Business Funding

General-purpose business funding that is not tied to one specific invoice, asset or purchase order.

What it is

Working capital, in plain words

Clients may also call it a business loan or working capital loan. It can be used for stock, cash flow, growth, salaries, seasonal needs or other general business costs. It is usually a commercial loan or funding facility, depending on the provider, and it is a separate product from a Merchant Cash Advance.

May not suit you if…

  • You need funding tied to a specific invoice, order or asset (see invoice discounting, purchase order funding or asset finance instead)
  • You need less than R50,000
